Mould Design

Advanced injection, blow, and die casting mould designs delivering precision, consistency, and scalability.

We offer advanced injection moulding solutions that deliver precision, consistency, and scalability. Using state-of-the-art machinery and expertly crafted moulds, we transform raw materials into high-quality components tailored to exact specifications — perfect for industries that demand reliability and performance.

Injection Mould: Precision tools used to manufacture high-quality plastic components with excellent accuracy and repeatability. Made from hardened steel or aluminum, they withstand high pressure and temperature during mass production. The Two-Plate Mould is the most common, cost-effective design with a single parting line; the Three-Plate Mould adds a plate that allows automatic separation of the runner from the finished part, offering greater flexibility in gate location for multi-cavity, precision components.

Blow Mould: A highly efficient process for producing hollow plastic products with precision and consistency. A molten tube of plastic (parison) is placed inside a mould cavity, where compressed air expands the material into the desired shape. Once cooled, the finished hollow product is released — ideal for lightweight products with uniform wall thickness, widely used in packaging, automotive, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods for bottles, containers, and tanks.

Die Casting Mould: A precision tool used to manufacture metal components (aluminum, zinc, or magnesium) with high accuracy and excellent surface finish. Moulds include core and cavity sections, cooling channels, ejector systems, and runner mechanisms — ideal for high-volume production of complex metal parts with tight tolerances, widely used in automotive, electrical, electronics, and industrial equipment manufacturing.
